This sword is a replica of Kenpachi Zaraki's Melee-Type Zanpakutō Nozarashi (野晒 - "Weather-Beaten One"). The Tsuka and Saya are white, and the blade is notched due to the spiritual disharmony between it and its wielder. However, it can still cut through almost anything.

Shikai: Released by the word "Nome" (飲め- "Drink"), the sword changes into a great axe/war cleaver. It gains the ability to cut through space.

Bankai: Releases a wave of energy and turns the bearer's skin red with black markings while granting enormous physical strength. The sword turns into the axe/war cleaver, but with a rougher edge.

Miracle workers!!!!!

Seriously thankyou SOOOO much! I ordered on the 18th of Dec and you made a miracle by sending it out literally JUST IN TIME for my boyfriend to receive it by Christmas. Not sure if it was because of the additional note but he loved it! He is currently hanging it in his room! ♡♡♡

Hi Crystal,

Kenpachi sword review

Good quality sword and an overall satisfied but disappointment that I did not receive a sword bag and rag with it

Hi Isman,
Thank you for your feedback! We are really happy to hear that you liked your sword, we hope you enjoy it! As our Bleach swords have larger fittings or different sizes, we do not include a silk bag with them as most of them won't fit. We do specify this on the package content. The sword and any stands are use for the images only, so we apologise of this was confusing.
Thanks - The American BladesPro Team

Wrong then right

I was sent Kenpachi's sword without notches and was disappointed at first. Luckily your customer service is top tier and the problem was resolved quick and easy. I was sent a new notched sword free of charge. Just got to pick it up from the post office but I'm sure it's perfect. The replica quality even on the unfinished sword is way good

Hi Montague,
Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so happy to help you get the sword just the way you wanted and we are always here to help. Enjoy!

How is your sword made?

Sword Crafting In 3 Simple Steps

All our swords are hand-crafted using traditional forging methods that have been in place for thousands of years.

Click the tabs above to see exactly how we'll make your sword - from Design, to Forging, to Finishing.

1. Design

Designed by experts.

First, your sword is designed by experts who've crafted thousands of swords. Our product team carefully plans the combination of aesthetics and features that will make up the sword:

Aesthetics: Shape, design, colours, ornaments and decorations, and fittings to determine the look and style of the final piece.

Features: Practicalities such as blade length, blade width, steel type, handle and scabbard dimensions, as well as weight and whether or not the sword will include a Bo-Hi.

2. Forging

Forged by Craftsmen... by hand.

For the inner core of the blade, impurities are removed and steel created via the smelting process. The carbon level is varied (higher or lower) to get a result of softer or harder steel. The brick-sized piece of prepared steel is then forged until soft, and hammered until elongated. It's then folded over and over until all impurities are removed and the desired shape is achieved.

For the outer part of the blade, the heat/pound/fold technique is applied up to 3,000 times to create a strong blade, which is then painted with a clay and charcoal mixture and thrust into water to finalise.

3. Finishing

Finishing touches.

The blade is then polished and a handle attached. From there, the sword is adorned with desired fittings and ornaments, engraved (if desired) and lacquer is applied to the wooden scabbard to create a beautiful, functional piece. It's then carefully packed and shipped out using our courier service, arriving at your door safe and sound.
