Shipping Info
Cost: Free for orders over $400. For orders under $400, shipping to the USA for $19.95 on all orders (includes Alaska and Hawaii); and Express shipping to Canada for $39.95. Note that for USA orders over $800 USD, Customs Charges may apply (more info).
Currently we are ONLY able to ship to the USA and Canada (no other countries at this point).
Timelines:
USA orders: Take on average 14-21 business days to arrive, after being dispatched from our warehouse. It can take longer from time to time, and during busy periods such as Christmas. Processing time is between 1-6 days depending on the product ordered.
Canada delivery times: Canada orders take on average 14-21 business days to arrive, after being dispatched from our warehouse. It can take longer from time to time, and during busy periods such as Christmas. Processing time is between 1-6 days depending on the product ordered.
